Mark's World Famous Kitchen Sink BBQ Baked Beans
( M W F K S B B B )

Start with 3-6 15oz cans of store-bought baked beans
Select various varieties such as maple, BBQ, original, etc.

2-3 15oz can(s) of stewed tomatoes
Be creative here too! Italian, spicy, Mexican, etc...

1-3 large cans each of corn, kidney beans, your favorite Chili

1 medium to large sized jar of your favorite Salsa

2-3 large Anaheim chili's, plus a few (much) hotter chili's

1-2 huge yellow onions, 1 bunch of cilantro, 4-8 garlic cloves

1 large green bell pepper, (just about) ANY other veggies you like

2-3 pounds of ground beef, salt & pepper, red pepper, garlic salt, oregano

BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pancake syrup and/or brown sugar
(The condiments - Add to taste!)

In a HUGE pot, brown the ground beef then strain away most of the grease.
Add ALL the ingredients at once, after dicing all the vegetables.
Stir in the spices and condiments to taste.

Cook on MEDIUM heat for about half an hour, being very careful NOT to burn the
beans on the bottom. Turn the heat way down and simmer for the rest of the week
(assuming the rest of the week is only a few hours long).

Makes about a THOUSAND servings!
Serve HOT in a coffee cup or a small bowl with a spoon, or
as a dip with scooper style tortilla chips (use a spoon to fill)!

I only make this recipe in approximately 2 gallon batches, using about
the same quantities as shown above, but adding lots more beans, corn
and stewed tomatoes. You can change the quantities shown above without
drastically changing the taste, so adjust as necessary!
