Homes for sale in Camarillo, Camarillo Springs, Oxnard, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Ojai, Port Hueneme, and ALL of Ventura County!
Hi! I'm Mark Theobald. I have lived very close to this area since I came
to California with the Navy in 1976. I was stationed at Pt. Mugu for four years
and moved out into the nearby communities where I never once thought about moving
away from this most beautiful area.
My beautiful daughters!
Jessica, on the left, is now 21, and Cassy is 22.
I currently live in Camarillo Springs where, along with my daughters, I have been
a homeowner for nearly nine years. While in the Navy, I lived in Pt. Mugu,
North Malibu (at Deercreek Road in Ventura county), Oxnard, and Camarillo. I owned
my first home in Ventura in 1985, and another home for ten years in Newbury Park.
Now I am back to stay, perhaps forever, in Camarillo.
My 1974 Navy picture. Hard to believe that was 32 years ago!
Jessica is currently in the U.S. Marines!
